1. This contest is open only to CA residents, 18 years of age or older who are homeowners of the property entered, except employees and their immediate families of General Remodeling and Construction, co-sponsors and their affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising agencies.
2. Property entered for remodel must be located in the state of CA. One entry per household.
3. Contest ends January 9, 2011. Winner will be chosen on or about July 10, 2011. Winner will be notified via email at the email address provided in the website entry form. Winners will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, Assignment and a Release of Liability within ten days of notification or a new winner may be chosen.
4. PRIZES: One Grand Prize of a Kitchen Remodel valued up to $5,000.
